A: All pricing on this website is in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Q: Do the prices include taxes?
A: No. The HST (12%) will be applied for all BC customers at checkout. Canadian non BC residents will have 5% GST or applicable HST applied at checkout. USA customers are tax exempt from Canadian taxes but are responsible for their own country's taxes and customes.

A: We buy high quality supplies in bulk quantities and don't have a expensive store front so with this combination we can offer a reasonable price with a higher volume of product selections.

Q: Shipping costs?

A: We offer a flat rate of $16 for any shipment in Canada and a flat rate of $50 to the US orders please review our section for possible customs charges. We also provide free shipping on purchases over $139.99.

Q: How long does it take to dispatch and deliver the products?
A: We will dispatch the products withing 2 - 7 business days from the acceptance of your final payment or digital proof. The business days do not include weekends and holidays. We use FedEx, UPS or Canada Post to ship your orders. Depending on which shipment method (Ground, Express or Next Day) and destination (domestic or international), the delivery time will vary. We will email you the shipment tracking number and link once the order has been dispatched.

A: Yes.  Personal information, such as contact details will be kept strictly confidential and will not be intentionally shared or sold to any third parties. No personal and credit card information is stored on our website or databases. Q: Does the finished canvas I purchase looks the same as the image from your website?
A: The finished canvas image will look very close to the image on our website. Due to computer monitor settings vary from computer to computer we cannot guarantee it will look exactly the same. We use high quality large format printers to provide the closest possible color match so when you get the final product it will look amazing.

Q: My image isn't in digital format to upload for Photo 2 Canvas services?
A: We require all Photo 2 Canvas images to be in digital format (gif,jpeg,png) in order to perform this service.  We don't recommend mailing your original photo due to if it was lost during shipment that precious memory is lost as well. We recommend that you go to any local print shop to have it digital scanned in High Resolution (300 DPI and higher). Once in digital format, you can upload it to our site (Photo 2 Canvas).

Q: Can I change the color of the art I purchased?
A: Yes. If you have a specific color in mind for one of our art pieces simply and let us know what modifications you had in mind and we will inform you if it is possible. If possible, we will make the neccessary modifications and provide a proof image for your approval before finalizing it to print.

Q: Can you print my own pictures or scanned art?
A: Yes. Simply provide us High Resolution (300 DPI or higher if possible) scanned art or photo image and we can transform it into beautiful canvas art. Please read our Photo 2 Canvas section to find out more. On Photo 2 Canavs services and custom services we will provide a digital proof for your approval before finalizing it to print.

Q: Copyright?
A: For the Photo 2 Canvas products, before submitting any photos to us we require that you certify you either own the copyright for the submitted photo or are authorized by the photo owner to reproduce the submitted photo. You will be required to check the certification box when uploading the photo. All gallery art is owned or licensed to Pixocasso. The webstie content may not be modified, copied, reproduced, republished or sold, in whole or in part, without Pixocasso's permission.
